Bipolar Substance Abuse

YMRS, IDS-C, SCQ-10, Iowa gambling task
96 patients with BP and drug abuse were randomized to adjunct risperidone or quetiapine. No placebo group was included. Both antipsychotics produced significant improvement in manic, mixed, and depressive symptoms and in drug craving. The two antipsychotics did not differ significantly.
