Outcome Measurements

To examine the effects of sulforaphane and minocycline in prodromic schizophrenia patients on: 1) Cognitive improvement (measured by Chinese version MATRICS and expended cognitive battery) based on Global Deficit Score (GDS) 2) Reduction of clinical symptoms (SOPS) and conversion to psychosis 3) Improvement of inflammatory biomarkers (reduce IL-1B and TNF-a) 4) Social Functioning and mood (GAF and MADRD) 5) Safety
