Results
Forty-eight patients with schizophrenia were randomized to olanzapine plus oxcarbezine or olanzapine plus placebo. The outcome measures were olanzapine dose and BPRS scores. At the end of 7 weeks, there was no significant difference between the oxcarbezine and placebo groups on either of the outcome measures.
